Returns Policy
We believe you'll love your new Graedance piece but just in case, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any returns received after this is at the discretion of our customer service team.
To be eligible for a return, you must retain proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any damaged or dented items are not eligible for return.
To start a return, you can contact us at team@graedance.com and we will send instructions dependent on your location. Please note that the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for missing return parcels, and so recommend that tracked or courier services are used for returns.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety concerns, earrings can not be accepted for change of mind returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items purchased as part of a special offer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the returns process above, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damaged or Tarnished Products
We cannot accept returns on products that have signs of damage or tarnish. As precious and semi-precious jewellery can be quite fragile, we recommend that you follow the care instructions provided to you in the care card and in our FAQs for extended wear. Fortunately, jewellery can be rejuvenated and we will strive to advise you how you may reverse any damage from wear or accidents - please email team@graedance.com should you require.
Please note that our plated jewellery has a thin layer of precious metal on another base metal. This can rub off with constant contact with your skin, and individuals with naturally high acidity in their skin, or sweat may hasten this process. Continual exposure to air, water, perfumes and chemicals present in toiletries may also tarnish plated jewellery. We recommend that you take off your plated pieces before any exercise or washing.
