All orders ship carbon neutral from Australia, offset through Shopify Planet.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Australian orders ship with Australia Post; international orders ship with DHL, FedEx or UPS. Tracking details are sent to your email once your order is dispatched.
Australia
- Standard (3–7 business days): $9 AUD
- Express (1–3 business days): $12 AUD
- Orders of $300 AUD or more receive free express shipping.
International
Subsidised and free express shipping worldwide.
- United States: 2–4 business days, 20 USD, free over 250 USD
- Europe: 2–5 business days, 15 EUR, free over 225 EUR
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days, 15 GBP, free over 170 GBP
- Canada: 2–4 business days, 20 CAD, free over 295 CAD
- New Zealand: 1–2 business days, 20 NZD, free over 355 NZD
- Asia: 2–4 business days, 20 AUD, free over 325 AUD
- Rest of World: 2–7 business days, 30 AUD, free over 325 AUD
Duties & taxes
For the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom, all duties and taxes are covered by us. The price you see is the price you pay, with no additional fees on delivery.
For all other international destinations, import taxes and duties set by your local government remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery timeframes
Timeframes are estimates from dispatch and may be affected by weather conditions or import processing delays.
