Authenticity
Graedance is made in small runs. Every piece we sell, we sell ourselves.
We will update this page if there are others.
Last updated 12 August 2026.
Our only online store is
graedance.com. We do not operate any other website. If you are looking at a Graedance store on another domain, it is not ours, whatever it says in the footer.
Where you can buy Graedance
- graedance.com, our own store, and the only place we sell online.
- Selected stockists. A small number of retailers carry our pieces. If you are not sure whether a stockist is genuine, write to us and we will tell you.
- In person, by appointment at the studio.
How to tell
If a site is claiming to be us, these are the things worth checking.-
The domain. Ours is
graedance.com. - The prices. Our pieces are made in recycled sterling silver in small runs. Imitating websites will often tempt you with large discounts - if it seems too good to be true, it often is.
-
The email. We write from
team@graedance.com, and a copied site may well display that same address. Seeing our address on a site does not make it ours. The domain in the browser bar is what matters.
Sites we know are not ours
As at August 2026, the domain below has copied our name, our logo, our photography and our product descriptions, and lists our own support address as its contact. It is not connected to us in any way. We are working with its registrar, its host and the relevant authorities to have it removed.graedancegems.shopIf you have already ordered from a site that was not ours
We are sorry. It is a horrible thing to happen, and you have not done anything wrong. These sites are built to be convincing.Your payment did not reach us, which means we are not able to send the piece or refund you. What we would do straight away is this.- Contact your bank or card provider today and ask to dispute the charge, on the basis that the merchant misrepresented its identity. Card schemes handle this often and are usually able to reverse it. The sooner you call, the better.
- Keep your order confirmation and any emails. Your bank will ask for them.
- Report it. In Australia, at scamwatch.gov.au. Elsewhere, your bank can point you to the right consumer body.
Not sure?
Write to team@graedance.com with the link and we will tell you. There is no wrong question here, and we would much rather answer it before you order than after.Graedance is operated by Nueverse Pty Ltd, ABN 46 604 595 771, Suite 504, Level 5, 358 Lonsdale Street, Mitchell House, Melbourne, VIC 3000, Australia.Last updated 12 August 2026.
