Program terms.
The rules of the ambassador program, written to be read. By applying and joining, you agree to them.

Grædance is a brand of Nueverse Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne (Naarm), Australia. In these terms, "we" means Grædance and "you" means the person accepted into the program.
Joining
- You need to be 18 or older, with a public Instagram or TikTok account that is your own.
- We read every application and choose who joins.
- The program runs through Shopify Collabs. You need a Collabs account, and Shopify's own terms apply to it.
- You are an independent creator. Joining does not make you our employee, agent or business partner.
Your first piece
- When you are accepted, we send a single-use code for 30% off one piece of your choice.
- The code is for you alone and does not combine with other offers.
- The piece is yours to wear and keep. Please do not resell it.
- Our usual 14-day return policy applies. If you return the piece, your place pauses until you choose another.

A post is a feed post, Reel or TikTok on your public account that shows you wearing the piece, tags @graedance and stays up for at least 30 days. Stories are welcome, and they do not count toward the three.
An order is a paid order placed through your code or link, as recorded by Shopify Collabs. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned are removed from your count. Your own orders, and orders you place for someone else, do not count.
Order counts are cumulative and never reset, and orders placed while you are at Eclipse count. We review stages at the start of each month and move you up once a count is met.
Commission
- Commission starts at Waxing Moon. None is paid at Eclipse, including on orders through your code.
- It is your stage's percentage of each order through your code or link, as calculated by Shopify Collabs. The rate is the one for the stage you are in when the order is placed.
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the order, which covers our 14-day return window. Shopify then pays it to you by PayPal or bank transfer, once you have set up payouts in your Collabs account.
- If an order is cancelled, refunded or charged back, its commission is reversed.
- You look after your own tax on what you earn and on the gifts you receive, wherever you live.
Your code
- From the day you join, you have a personal code that gives your community 5% off.
- It works on every order, with no minimum spend, for as long as you are in the program. It does not combine with other discount codes.
- Share it with your own audience. Please keep it off coupon and deal sites, do not buy search ads on our name, and do not use it on your own orders.
Gifts and store credit
Your gifts are the ones listed for your current stage. When you move up, the new stage's gifts replace the ones before. They are not added together.
- Half Moon. One piece from each new collection, chosen and sent by us, and a one-time $300 AUD store credit when you reach the stage.
- Waning Moon. One piece from each new collection, reserved by you at the early preview.
- Full Moon. One piece of your choosing each month. In a month when a collection launches, you choose it at the early preview.
Gifts come from pieces we have in stock. We may set a price limit or leave some pieces out, and we will tell you when we do. Store credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expires 12 months after we issue it.
Gifts are yours to keep. Please do not resell them. We pay standard shipping, and for gifts sent outside Australia we will tell you before sending if any duty would fall to you.
Staying active
Your order count never expires. Gifts are for ambassadors who are still posting.
- Active means at least one post wearing Graedance in the last three months.
- If you go longer than three months without one, gifts pause. They start again with your next post. Paused months are not made up later.
- Commission keeps paying on every order through your code or link while you are in the program, active or not.
- If there has been no post and no order through your code or link for 12 months, we may close your place. We will email you first and give you 30 days.
Telling your audience
Every post you make about Graedance as an ambassador must be clearly labelled as a commercial relationship. Use the platform's paid partnership label, or put #ad at the start of the caption. This covers posts about your first piece, gifts, and anything carrying your code or link. A label buried among hashtags, or only in your bio, is not enough.
This is required by the AANA Code of Ethics and Australian Consumer Law in Australia, and by the FTC's Endorsement Guides in the United States. Other countries have their own rules, and you need to follow the ones that apply where you and your audience are.
Say what you think of the work. Please do not make claims about a piece that we do not make ourselves, for example about its materials, plating or skin sensitivity. Each product page lists what the piece is made of.
Your content
- You own what you make.
- By joining, you let us share content you post about Graedance on our own channels: Instagram, TikTok, our website and our emails, with credit to you. This permission is free, non-exclusive and worldwide. It lasts while you are in the program and for 12 months after, and we will take a post down within 14 days if you ask.
- Paid advertising is separate. We will not run your content as an ad, through our account or your handle, without asking you each time and getting a written yes. You can say no, and it will not affect your stage.
- You confirm the content is yours, that anyone else who appears in it has agreed, and that any music in it is cleared for commercial use.
How we ask you to act
- Grow your audience honestly. No bought followers, likes or comments.
- Speak as yourself. Please do not present yourself as Grædance staff or make promises on our behalf.
- No content that is hateful, harassing or misleading alongside our work.
We may remove anyone who breaks these terms, misleads their audience, or acts in a way that harms the people this brand is for.
Leaving
You can leave at any time by emailing team@graedance.com. We can end your place at any time by emailing you.
When a place ends, your code and link stop working. Commission on orders already placed is still paid after its 30-day hold, unless your place ended because of fraud or a serious breach of these terms. Gifts not yet sent and unused store credit lapse.
Your details
We receive the details you give in your Collabs application and the order data linked to your code and link. We use them to run the program and to pay you, and we do not sell them. Our privacy policy applies.
Changes
We may change the program, including rates, order counts and gifts. We will email you at least 30 days before any change that reduces what you earn. A change does not affect commission on orders already placed.
The legal part
Nothing here limits the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability to you under the program is limited to the commission we owe you. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
